How to activate your account in the U.S.

Becoming a library member at your local community is harder than becoming a Boom member. Seriously, it’s THAT easy…

1. Get a Kit.
2. Register your account. Call us at 1-888-880-6842 with an ID and
   kit in hand.
3. Activate your card. When you call us our reps will walk you through the steps.
4. Go load money at your nearest location and begin enjoying all the benefits!

How to load money after you become a member (U.S. only)

This is as easy as 1-2-3-4.

1. Go to a select retailer (to find one
   click here).
2. On the kiosk select bill payment, choose debit card load and type the word 'Boom'.
3. Choose amount you want to load and enter your mobile number.
4. Insert cash and you are done!
